Nice character! You actually have drawn a one-point perspective, intuitively. If you elongate the the outlines of the street in the middle, you get the vanishing point, where they cross. The VP(s) is always located on the horizon that marks the eye-level. Learning perspective is not really difficult, because we already know the rules. They only describe how we are seeing. Being aware of perspective when drawing will help you to develop a better sense for it. Learn how to draw perspective guides for 1-point and 2-point Persp. and maybe you can do some exercises like drawing boxes with the help of that guides. It's really worth the time, because once you have it on your mind you will start to improve without thinking actively about it.

This is a cool site with lots of exercises: drawabox.com/

Hope it helps :)
